Questions

Before you ask.

What is not included in the price?
Third-party costs I do not control — domains, hosting, paid ad spend and premium fonts or stock. I set them up and tell you what they cost before anything is bought.
How long does a project take?
A Moonlight build typically runs three to five weeks and Sunlight six to ten, depending on scope. Starlight runs to the delivery window we fix together at the start. Every timeline is agreed in writing before work begins, and I tell you early if anything threatens it.
How does payment work?
Split across milestones rather than paid up front, so payment tracks progress you can actually see. Maintenance and retainers are billed monthly.
What if the scope changes?
It usually does. Changes get quoted before work starts on them, so nothing lands on an invoice you did not agree to.
